A client of mine was involved in a bad car accident- and a friend of his referred him to Ryan because the insurance was awful to deal with from the start. When Ryan came into the picture; he said he got this and took over. Sure enough, he did get the situation handled, in a timely manner. Ryan was incredibly patient with us throughout this process, was very informative, and more importantly, very communicative. I would recommend Ryan to anyone, especially those with disabilities (I’m deaf- he took the time to speak with me and clarified things when needed. Often, people would lose patience quickly.
